満開の桜の下で行われるペインティング トレーニング。今回は京都の里山、美山にて4泊5日のリトリートとして開催されます。
自然を描くことは、私たちが頭を介さずに、ダイレクトに自然とつながることを促します。
それは、受容的なハート、愛に満ちた眼差し、自発的で、遊びごごろに満ちた在り方、常識にとらわれない自由な発想、探究心…、そんな在り方を私たちに示してくれるでしょう。
自然の前で自分を空っぽにして、ただ在ることを邪魔するものがいなくなるとき、そこにダンスが起こり、絵具が飛び跳ね、水が流れ、絵が生まれてくる。
このリトリートでは、自然とともに在ることが頭で考えることを遥かに超えた体験であること、そして創造性のエッセンスに溢れていることを、桜を描くことをとおして学んでいきます。

Painting training under the fully bloomed cherry blossoms. This time, it will be held as a 4-night, 5-day retreat in the satoyama (mountainous countryside) of Kyoto, in the beautiful mountains of Miyama.
Painting nature enables us to connect directly with it, bypassing the mind. It shows us a way of being with accepting hearts, eyes filled with love, spontaneity, a playful spirit, unconventional free thinking, and a spirit of exploration.
When we empty ourselves in front of nature, free from anything hindering our mere existence, that's when dance happens, paints splatter, water flows, and paintings are born and come to life.
In this retreat, we will learn through painting cherry blossoms that being with nature is an experience that goes far beyond the interpretation of the mind and is full of the essence of creativity.

このワークの創始者であるミラのもとで長年アシスタントやコ・リーダーを努めてきたヘナ、トーショー、バヴェンを中心にフルワリ、アビナヴァを加えたペインティングチームがこのリトリートをつくっていきます。
それぞれの個性と経験を生かし、ペインティングの多様なワークを分かち合うユニークなリトリートになるでしょう。
桜を描くネイチャーペインティングの他、必要に応じて様々なペインティングのセッションやエクササイズ、グループワークなども行われます。

この他、初日には、ミラ・アート・ファンデーション（MAF）の主催者であり、ミラのパートナーだったスヴァギートがミラの絵を持ってやってきます。
The painting team, led by Hena, Tosho, and Baven, who have long served as assistants and co-leaders under the founder of this work, Meera, along with Fullwari and Abhinava, will create this retreat. With their unique personalities and experiences, they will facilitate a diverse range of painting sessions and exercises, as well as group work, making this retreat truly unique.

Also, on the first day only, Svagito, organiser of the Meera Art Foundation (MAF) and Meera's former partner, will bring some of Meera's paintings.
今回の会場となる美山は京都から２時間ほどのところにあります。
リトリートは遊びに満ち、リラックスした雰囲気の中で、桜や川沿いにゆったりと時間の流れる里山の自然も楽しみながら進行します。
これは外側の物質的世界と内なる瞑想の世界が融合した、ゾルバ・ザ・ブッダなリトリートとなるでしょう。
The venue for this event, Miyama, is located about two hours from Kyoto. The retreat will proceed in a playful and relaxed atmosphere, allowing participants to enjoy the leisurely flow of time in the satoyama's natural surroundings, with cherry blossoms and a murmuring river. This will be a retreat where the external material world and the inner world of meditation blend—a Zorba the Buddha experience.
かつて、このワークの創始者であるミラはこのトレーニングを「OSHOライフトレーニング」と呼んでいました。
それはこの生をトータルに生きるためのトレーニング。
生のもたらすものすべてを楽しむこと。いつであれ、なんであれ、お祝い（セレブレーション）の機会を逃さないこと。
そこから生まれる創造性、絵は無条件に美しいということを理解するためのトレーニングでもありました。
そんなトレーニングを長年経験してきたスタッフによってこのリトリートは支えられています。
In the past, the founder of this work, Meera, used to refer to this training as "OSHO Life Training." It is a training for living life in its totality—a way to embrace everything that life brings. The essence of the training is to enjoy everything that life offers, to never miss an opportunity for celebration, no matter when or what. It was also a training to understand the creativity and the paintings that arise from such moments are inherently beautiful.
This retreat is supported by staff members who have experienced this kind of training for many years.
